After attending the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Nicci followed her passion to The Pelican Hill resort in Newport Beach, to work alongside with Chef Jeff Lehuede. Later, she graduated from Chapman University in Business Administration and Leadership. She has now followed her passion in assisting others with creating high quality desserts for all special events in the Southern California area. She prides in working with fresh and organic ingredients that will compliment her elegant desserts.
